Air Logistics
The Christmas and New Year period will bring changes to both flight and ferry schedules. Please be aware of possibly longer transit times. We will keep our customers updated on the affects on a case-by-case basis.

Part and Full Loads
Both import and export part and full load departures will be operated during week 50. Additionally, export shipments to mainland Europe will be operated as opportunities allow during weeks 51 and 52. There will be less loading capacity available in weeks 1 and 2, so please notify us in well in advance if you require loadings during these weeks.
Sea Logistics
During the Christmas and New Year period, vessel schedules may be subject to changes, so we kindly ask you to book container shipments well in advance.
Export LCL shipments
Please book export LCL shipments as follow:
- Before Christmas: by 19.12.2025, 10.00 AM
- Before New Year: by 29.12.2025, 10.00 AM
Export full container shipments
Please note the exceptional service hours at container terminals during the holiday season:
Helsinki Container Terminal (Vuosaari)
- Independence Day: Closes on 5.12.2025 at 13.30, reopens on 8.12.2025 at 06.00.
- Christmas: Closes on 23.12.2025 at 22.00 (gate closes at 21.30), reopens on 27.12.2025 from 06.00 to 13.30.
- New Year: Closes on 31.12.2025 at 13.30, reopens on 2.1.2026 at 06.00.
- Epiphany: Closed on 6.1.2026.
Kotka Container Terminal (Mussalo)
- Independence Day: Open on 5.12.2025 from 06.00 to 14.30, weekend as normal.
- Christmas: Open on 23.12.2025 until 22.00 (gate closes at 20.00). Reopens on 27.12.2025 at 06.00.
- New Year: Open from 31.12.2025 at 14.30 until 2.1.2026 at 06.00, operating as per normal weekend schedule.
- Epiphany: Open on 6.1.2026 as per normal weekend schedule.
Kotka Cargo Release (Mussalo & Hietanen)
- Independence Day: Open on 5.12.2025 from 07.30 to 16.00.
- Christmas: Open on 23.12.2025 from 07.30 to 16.00, reopens on 29.12.2025.
- New Year: Open 31.12.2025 from 07.30 to 16.00, reopens on 2.1.2026.
- Epiphany: Closed on 6.1.2026.
Rauma Container Terminal
- Pick-up and delivery of empty and full containers available 24/7.
- Independence Day: Open on 5.12.2025 until 14.00.
- Christmas: Open on 23.12.2025 until 21.00.
- New Year: Open on 31.12.2025 until 14.00.
- Epiphany: Container services only based on prenotice sent by 5.1.2026 at 12.00.
