Our offices and terminals will be closed on Midsummer's Eve, 20.6.2025. Please note the exceptions in pickup and delivery schedules when planning your shipments. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Kuehne+Nagel representative.
Road logistics
- The last export departures from Finland will be loaded on Thursday 19.6. Therefore, bookings need to be sent by Tuesday 17.6.
- The last import departures from Europe will be loaded on Wednesday 18.6. and Thursday 19.6. Therefore, bookings need to be sent by Monday 16.6.
- Information on traffic and route-specific exceptions will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Air logistics
- The last pickup day for export shipments is Thursday 19.6. so we recommend placing transportation orders early in the week.
- For Midsummer's Eve the handling of import shipments will be postponed to the following Monday 23.6.
- For any special arrangements, please contact our customer service.
Sea logistics
- For export LCL shipments, please book by Tuesday 17.6.
- Import LCL shipments need to be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
- Full container deliveries for sea imports should also be coordinated on a case-by-case basis.
- For export FCL shipments, please consider any potential deviations in closing times provided by the shipping companies and the varying service hours of terminals:
- Helsinki container terminal, Vuosaari: closes on Thursday 19.6. at 22.00 and opens on Monday 23.6. at 6.00.
- Rauma container terminal: after Thursday 19.6. at 14.00 all services based on prenotices sent by Wednesday 18.6. at 12:00. From Friday to Sunday 20.-22.6. all services are also only available based on prenotices sent by Thursday 19.6. at 12.00.
- Kotka container terminal, Mussalo: closed from Friday to Sunday 20.-22.6, for containers in transit and international traffic.
- Kotka cargo release, Mussalo and Hietanen: closes on Thursday 19.6. at 17.00 and opens on Monday 23.6. at 7.30.
- For other ports, we kindly ask our customers to contact our customer service.
- We will inform about exceptions related to shipments and traffic on a case-by-case basis.
