The Finnish Aviation Union (IAU) and the Service Sector Employers (Palta) have reached a settlement regarding the collective agreement for aviation services.
The Finnish Aviation Union (IAU) and the Service Sector Employers (Palta) have reached a settlement regarding the collective agreement for aviation services. Both parties have accepted the third mediation proposal presented during the labor dispute.
The new agreement will remain in effect until January 2027.
As a result of the agreement, the industrial actions planned by the IAU for July 16, 18, 21, 23, and 25 have been cancelled. Finnair has announced that flights will continue according to the normal schedule. Cargo operations have also returned to normal.
