Back Kuehne+Nagel Introduced a New Way to Provide Customer Feedback

We want to constantly develop our services in accordance to our customers’ needs. Together with our customers’ help we can improve our operations and serve you even better.

Our Roadmap 2026 is based on four cornerstones. Kuehne+Nagel Experience is one of those cornerstones: our goal is to earn greater trust every day from our customers and employees by offering the most consistent and dynamic service experience in the industry.

We conduct customer satisfaction surveys regularly to map our customers’ satisfaction with our services. In addition, our customers have the opportunity to give feedback at any time through their own Kuehne+Nagel representative. And in the beginning of May 2023, we introduced a new and easy way to provide customer feedback.
 

How does the new feedback channel work?

Each Kuehne+Nagel employee have under their email signature four different smiley faces. The smiley faces are a quick and easy way for immediate feedback.

After choosing the smiley face, you will automatically be directed to a landing page where you can specify your feedback. You need to select the topic of your rating from the drop-down menu, otherwise your feedback will not reach us. In addition, you may share more information with us in the comment field. If you wish us to be in contact regarding your feedback, please make sure to provide your contact details.
